Booking Appointments
When scheduling an appointment, our receptionist will ask you a few questions, such as your name, the nature of your visit, address, phone number and type of insurance. Obtaining this information in advance allows us to verify your insurance benefits and have the necessary paperwork ready for your visit.

Registration/Your Visit
Our comprehensive care team will meet you when you arrive for your appointment. Receptionists, nursing staff and your personal physician will assist you with the appropriate care you need.

Expect a courtesy call one day prior to your visit, reminding you of your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you offer as much advance notice as possible so we may offer that time to another patient.
