Appointments During COVID-19 Pandemic

To keep our patients safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, Aspirus is evaluating each appointment according to the patient’s health needs. Many non-emergent procedures and preventive care appointments are being put on hold in order to limit possible exposure to COVID-19 and prevent people from having to travel.

If you have an upcoming appointment and it’s in your best interest to have it postponed, Aspirus will be contacting patients directly to reschedule or offer alternative options if available.

If you have an upcoming appointment and have not heard from Aspirus, you are encouraged call your provider, or send a message to your doctor’s office through MyAspirus. Patients are encouraged to sign up for MyAspirus or to download the Aspirus Video Visit app in order to have these tools available when you need them.

Patients at Aspirus can request appointments online with their primary care providers. For all other specialties, contact the provider's clinic to make an appointment. Appointments can be scheduled online with your providers in the following specialties:

Pre-Register for Appointments

Pre-registration is required for lab and imaging tests, procedures and clinic visits, and is completed prior to the date of your services in order to expedite your check in the day of your test or procedure.

Pre-registration is completed via phone or in person at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, and involves gathering complete and accurate patient and financial (insurance) information.

If you do not contact us prior to your appointment using the contact information below, you will be contacted by a member of our registration staff.

Aspirus considers your pre-registration information current for 120 days. If you have appointments scheduled more than 120 days apart, you may need to pre-register for each individual appointment.

The security of your personal and health information is paramount to us at Aspirus.

Your information will be used solely for the purpose of pre-registration and your medical record. Aspirus will not share information with any outside organizations other than that shared with your insurance company to process your claim.
