Publications & Findings

Through participation in national clinical trials, AORI contributes to research that helps improve cancer treatment and patient quality of life. The following recently published NCI-supported studies included participants enrolled through AORI and demonstrated positive outcomes:

• A021502: This study found that adjuvant atezolizumab plus mFOLFOX6 significantly reduced the risk of cancer recurrence and demonstrated the benefit of immunotherapy in patients with early-stage dMMR disease.
• A222001: This study found that oxybutynin therapy effectively reduced hot flashes in patients undergoing prostate cancer treatment.
