Giving is simple, flexible, and designed to fit seamlessly into your day. However you choose to participate, your generosity makes an immediate and meaningful impact.

• Payroll Deduction – An easy and convenient way to give over time. Submit a Minnesota Region intranet payroll deduction pledge form and make a lasting difference with each paycheck.

• Pledge Form – Complete a paper pledge form and return it to the St. Luke’s Foundation office, or stop by the Foundation table at Blue Waves Café throughout the month of May.

Choose Where to Give

• Unrestricted Grants Program - Where Need is Greatest
  Fuel innovation and elevate care across Aspirus St. Luke’s Hospital and Clinics. These funds support patient care, research, and community health initiatives, allowing us to respond where the need is greatest.
  
• Employee Compassion Fund
  Care for those who care for others. This fund provides direct support to colleagues facing unexpected hardship and crisis, offering relief and reassurance during difficult times.
• Small Things Fund
  Sometimes, the smallest gestures make the greatest impact. This fund provides immediate financial assistance to patients, helping remove barriers and bring comfort when it’s needed most.
