Assisted Living

Aspirus offers safe, secure and caring assisted living options for adults who can no longer live on their own, but still enjoy a moderate level of self-reliance and independence. Our residences offer 24-hour supervised care in state-licensed facilities, meals, assistance with daily activities based on needs, housekeeping and special attention to family requests.

Skilled Nursing Facility

Rehabilitative services will provide you with therapeutic services in a homelike atmosphere. Our skilled nurses, licensed therapists (physical, occupational, speech, respiratory), and trusted physicians will work with you until you reach the optimal level of independence to return home safely. Most individuals receiving rehabilitative care are recovering from a fall, stroke or surgery.

Skilled nursing and support services will benefit those who may have suffered from a prolonged acute or chronic illness. Our caring staff will provide quality, compassionate care and assist you to achieve the highest level of function attainable. Our goal is to help you enjoy the best quality of life possible.

Adult Apartments

Aspirus offers efficiency, one and two-bedroom adult apartment options that enable residents to maintain as much independence and self-reliance as possible. Various living options may include free parking, outdoor courtyards, social activities. housekeeping, meals and other services.

Adult Day Care

Aspirus Adult Day Centers offer a safe, supervised and stimulating setting for your loved one. Activities encourage creativity, social interaction and physical movement. Additional services may also be available. Day Centers offer caregivers much needed respite time so that they can go to work, take care of personal commitments or enjoy time with family or friends.

Adult Family Homes

Adult Family Homes provide secure and nurturing home environments for developmentally disabled individuals, allowing residents to maintain a level of independent functioning consistent with their abilities.

In addition to supervised 24-hour state-licensed care, Adult Family Homes provide well-balanced meals, assistance with daily living activities indoor and outdoor activities, medication and health monitoring and numerous other special services.
