How to Access Spine Care
Most patients are referred to our Spine Care program by their primary care provider or another specialist.
After your referral is received, a dedicated nurse navigator reviews your medical information and connects you with the most appropriate spine specialist. During your initial evaluation, your provider will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan based on your condition, symptoms and goals.
Whenever appropriate, treatment begins with conservative, non-surgical options such as physical therapy, activity modification and pain management. If additional care is needed, your provider will coordinate referrals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure you receive the right treatment at the right time.
