Support the Festival
There are many ways to support the Festival of Trees. As a guest, bid on one of the dazzling holiday items on display, participate in the raffle or purchase an ornament. Decorate a tree, volunteer, entertain or attend an event. There are also several sponsorship opportunities, or simply donate to the Festival by visiting the Aspirus Health Foundation web page.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Levels
We invite you to support the Festival of Trees and Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services by participating as a sponsor. Click below for details on the various opportunities.
Print Deadline: Logo must be received by Friday, September 20, 2019 to be included in print ads. High Res (300 dpi) TIF, JPEG or EPS file. Please email to Kim.Smerda@aspirus.org.
Presenting Sponsor – $10,000
A week-long community event attended by more than 4,000 individuals annually. It begins with the Butterfly Luncheon and continues with the Gala, Senior Stroll and Teddy Bear Breakfast throughout the week.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on Festival event entry signage, program, print ad, special event advertising including print, radio and television, and website.
- A Tree Sponsor Recognition (with option to decorate tree).
- Logo in the Gala invitation.
- 8 complimentary Gala tickets, 2 tickets to Butterfly Luncheon, 2 to Teddy Bear Breakfast, 20 Festival passes.
Opening Night Gala Sponsor – $5,000
More than 250 community leaders attend this opening night special reception with cuisine from Wausau area restaurants, special raffles and entertainment.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on event entry signage, Festival program, Festival print ad, special event advertising including print and radio, and Festival website.
- Logo in the Gala invitation
- 6 complimentary Gala tickets
- 12 Festival passes
Special Event Sponsor – $3,000
An opportunity to sponsor one of the following Festival events:
- Butterfly Luncheon — Annual ladies luncheon held the Thursday before the Festival at the Wausau Country Club attended by more than 200 women in our community.
- Teddy Bear Breakfast — Saturday and Sunday morning holiday party for children and families attended by more than 400 individuals.
- Senior Stroll — Special viewing time on Wednesday for seniors.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on Festival event entry signage, program, print ad, special event advertising including print and radio, and website
- 4 complimentary tickets to the special event being sponsored.
- 10 Festival passes
Activity Sponsor – $1,500
A special activity area such as: the North Pole (where Santa is seated), hospitality area, Santa’s Workshop, and entertainment.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on sponsored Festival activity area signage
- 6 Festival passes
Festival Sponsor – $1,000
Sponsor the Festival of Trees, which is attended by more than 4,000 individuals annually.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on Festival entry signage, program, print ad, website
- 6 Festival passes
Tree or Mantel Sponsor
Sponsor a tree or mantel to be on display for nearly a week. You have the option to be a Festival Decorator to decide on a theme, purchase the decor and decorate or have a Festival Decorator for your sponsored item. When registering, you can choose from the following:
- 7.5 ft. Tree & 6 Festival passes – $800
- 6.5 ft. Tree & 4 Festival passes – $600
- 4-4.5 ft. Tree & 2 Festival passes – $400
- Mantel – $400
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition on signage displayed with the tree or mantel
- 6 Festival passes
Friend of the Festival – $300
Make a donation to the Festival of Trees to support hospice care.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- Recognition in the Festival entry signage
Specialty or Raffle Item Donor
Donate an item to Festival of Trees to be auctioned - wreath, centerpiece, studio tree, outdoor decorations, unique furniture, or any other holiday item.
