Aspirus Health is pleased to welcome Bruce Anderson, NP-C, a Houghton native and experienced nurse practitioner, as a new Walk-In Provider at the Aspirus Houghton Clinic. Bruce joins Richie Raffaelli, PA-C providing quality, accessible healthcare.
Anderson brings more than a decade of clinical experience in emergency medicine and express care, delivering high-quality and compassionate care to patients across the Copper Country. He is committed to ensuring every patient receives prompt, thorough attention and the best care possible.
A graduate of Northern Michigan University, Anderson earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by completion of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Cincinnati, OH. Throughout his career, Anderson has diagnosed and treated a full spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, including procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, burns, foreign body removal, and more. His work spans emergency departments, express care, and inpatient settings
As a lifelong Upper Peninsula resident, Anderson is passionate about serving the community he calls home. His extensive experience, calm demeanor, and patient-first philosophy make him a strong addition to the Aspirus care team.

The Aspirus Houghton Walk-in Clinic is open every day including holidays from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. located inside the Aspirus Houghton Clinic, 1000 Cedar Street, Houghton, MI 49931.
