Aspirus Welcomes Sara Baldwin to Aspirus Rhinelander Clinic – North Shore Pediatrics

RHINELANDER, Wis. – Aspirus Rhinelander Clinic – N Shore Dr. is proud to welcome Sara Baldwin, DNP, APNP, to its team of pediatric providers.

Baldwin is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist with a special interest in children’s nutrition and mental health. She partners closely with families to promote the well-being of children and adolescents, helping them build healthy habits that support both physical and emotional development.

Baldwin earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from East Carolina University, completed her Master of Science in Nursing and bachelor’s degree at the University of Iowa. She holds multiple subspecialty certificates in Pediatrics, including Adolescent Medicine, Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She also completed an Adolescent Mental Health Fellowship at Ohio State University.

Prior to joining Aspirus, Baldwin served as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Wake Forest Pediatrics for seven years, and an additional 18 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for WakeMed Hospitals and Clinics, newborn nursery and NICU, where she gained extensive experience in primary and specialty pediatric care.

“As a pediatric nurse practitioner, I have the best job in the world watching children grow up and helping families make the best health decisions for their little ones,” said Baldwin. “I love seeing the goodness in every child, they are the best hope for our future.” 

When Baldwin isn’t caring for patients, she enjoys spending time outside hiking and camping with her husband and dogs and baking sweet treats for family and friends.
