Aspirus Ontonagon Clinic is pleased to offer a Healthy Living Group Medical Visit designed to support older adults in improving their health, mobility, and overall well-being.
The first session will be held on July 16, 2026, at Aspirus Ontonagon Clinic. This monthly group visit series focuses on fall prevention and healthy aging for adults age 65 and older.
The Healthy Living Group Medical Visit is recommended for individuals who:
• Are 65 years of age or older
• Have experienced a fall
• Have osteopenia or osteoporosis
Participants will benefit from interactive education and shared experiences in a supportive, clinical setting. The fall prevention series will include:
• Bone health
• Balance and core strengthening challenges
• Diet and vitamins for strong bones
• Assessing home environments for safety
The group visit will be led by Dr. Dawn Lee, along with Amber, RN, and Allison, RN, who will provide guidance, answer questions, and help participants build practical strategies to reduce fall risk and improve quality of life.
These group medical visits are billed to medical insurance and provide a unique opportunity for patients to receive care and education in a collaborative environment.
“Fall prevention is about more than avoiding injury—it’s about maintaining independence and confidence as we age,” said Dr. Dawn Lee. “Through this group visit, we aim to give patients the tools, knowledge, and support they need to stay strong, safe, and active in their daily lives.”
