Aspirus Medford Clinic Welcomes Renee Smith, MD

(Medford, Wis.)- Aspirus Medford Clinic welcomes Renee Smith, MD to its team of family medicine clinicians. 

In her practice, Smith cares for patients of all ages with special interest in preventative care, wellness and health promotion. 

“I believe in creating plans to ensure patients are the healthiest they can be when living with chronic diseases,” said Smith. “I am looking forward to caring for members of the Medford community and enjoy building relationships with patients that help achieve their goals related to their health.”

Smith earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee (MCW) and completed her family medicine residency at the MCW-Waukesha Family Practice Residency. She also holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. 

Smith returns to Aspirus as she previously practiced at Aspirus Antigo Clinic and led a number of physician leadership positions at Aspirus Langlade Hospital as well as executive leadership with  Aspirus Network, Inc.  

In her free time, Smith enjoys watching her 4 children’s sporting events with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
