Hospital and Clinics proudly welcomes Cynthia Rubert, MD, FAAOS, to our growing
orthopedic team. Dr. Rubert joins our excellent medical staff bringing a wealth
of expertise to further elevate our orthopedic services at Aspirus Keweenaw.
Dr. Rubert is board
certified in orthopedic surgery and fellowship - trained in orthopedic
oncology. She specializes in general orthopedics, including total and partial
joint replacements, orthopedic emergencies, and orthopedic oncology. She is
dedicated to staying at the forefront of orthopedic medicine, utilizing the
latest advancements and techniques to enhance treatment options for her
patients.
Dr. Rubert earned
her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin Medical School in
Milwaukee Wisconsin and completed her surgery medicine and orthopedic surgery
residency at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. She also
completed her fellowship in Orthopedic Oncology MedStar Georgetown Cancer
Center at MedStar Washington Hospital in Washington, DC.

Prior to Aspirus,
Dr. Rubert served as Chief of Surgery, Orthopedic surgery and Orthopedic
Oncology at MyMichigan Medical Center West Branch in Prudenville, Michigan. We
are excited to have Dr. Rubert share in our mission to achieve optimal outcomes
for our patients and to enhance the quality of life for individuals seeking
orthopedic care.
