RHINELANDER, Wis. – Aspirus Health is pleased to announce the expansion of its ear, nose and throat (ENT) services in Rhinelander with the addition of
Sara Casillas, PA-C, a physician assistant specializing in otolaryngology. Casillas will see patients at
Aspirus Rhinelander Clinic - N Shore Drive, located at 2251 N. Shore Drive.
Casillas brings valuable clinical experience from urgent care settings in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Minneapolis, Minn., where she developed a strong foundation in evaluating and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
Originally from Saint Cloud, Minn., Casillas earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals in Provo, Utah. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.
“I’m excited to continue my medical career serving patients in Rhinelander,” Casillas said. “My goal is to make patients feel heard, understood, and comfortable throughout their healthcare journey. I look forward to building relationships with patients and providing compassionate, high-quality ENT care close to home.”
Ear, nose and throat care—also known as otolaryngology—addresses a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat and may include surgical care. ENT providers care for patients of all ages and commonly treat conditions such as allergies, cancer, facial trauma, hearing loss, sinus infections and sinusitis, tonsillitis, vocal cord disorders, and ear conditions including myringotomy and tube placement.
When she’s not caring for patients, Casillas enjoys hiking and participating in outdoor activities with her children.
