Includes:

Wausau Country Club Green Fees, driving range, lunch, cart rental, hole events and after play reception.

Teams of 4 will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Payment is required to complete registration. Please notify Aspirus Health Foundation of any team member changes or submit golfer names by Monday, July 24th.

Registration fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. 

When participating in an Aspirus Health Foundation activity you are granting permission to Aspirus Health to use any photos or video that may be taken (without compensation to you), to promote an Aspirus Health service, initiate, idea, or event in print, electronic and digital platforms.
