KPR Brokers Supports Breast Care Center at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital

STEVENS POINT, Wis. - Aspirus Health is honored to recognize KPR Brokers for their continued commitment to supporting breast cancer awareness and care in the community.

During the month of October, KPR Brokers raised more than $6,300 for the Breast Care Center Endowment Fund at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. The donation reflects years of dedication to a cause that remains close to the hearts of the KPR team and their partners.

“Giving back to the community has always been important to me,” said Mark Kitowski, owner of KPR Brokers LLC. “It’s incredible that something as simple as apples can make a real difference for breast cancer patients right here in Central Wisconsin. A major part of this year’s success came from our partnership with Feltz’s Dairy Store. Throughout October, Feltz’s contributed a donation for every bag of apples and caramel apples sold. Their commitment helped extend the reach of our efforts and brought in even more awareness. I also want to recognize our KPR staff, they made this happen through their dedication and hard work, and made major contributions to both the community and this cause.”

Additional funds were raised through KPR’s annual Apples for Awareness event, which featured a bake sale, giveaway, and free apple distribution. The event drew support from KPR friends, family, clients, and community members who stopped by to contribute and show solidarity.

The fundraising effort was further strengthened by generous contributions from close KPR friends, including Willow Day Spa and members of The Pearl Street Gym. Their involvement helped amplify the impact of the campaign and demonstrated the power of community collaboration.

“Aspirus Health Foundation extends its heartfelt gratitude to KPR Brokers and all those who participated in this year’s fundraising efforts,” said Gregg Gutschow, Major Gifts Officer, Aspirus Health Foundation. “Their generosity helps to ensure enhanced patient safety, experience and outcomes in our amazing Breast Care Center at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital.”
