Howard earned his medical degree at the Sanford School of Medicine, University of South Dakota, and completed his residency in both general and plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Department of Surgery. He brings extensive experience in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, with special interests in:

- Facial rejuvenation
Howard has also served as a medical director of a medical spa, further enhancing his expertise in aesthetic care. His approach emphasizes delivering high-level care that improves quality of life and peace of mind for every patient.
