Aspirus Lake View Earns Two Statewide Awards

Aspirus Lake View (ALV) has earned two awards from the Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA) in recognition of its commitment to organizational culture and workforce development partnerships.
Recently, the MHA recognized 60 hospitals and health system teams and individuals from across the state for their work to strengthen patient care, communicate with patients and communities, and support Minnesota’s health care workforce.
ALV received awards for commitment to organizational culture and for pipelines and partnerships.
“These awards reflect the dedication, collaboration, and compassion our team demonstrates every day as we care for our patients,” said ALV President Greg Ruberg. “I am proud to foster a workplace culture that supports our employees while also investing in partnerships that develop the next generation of health care professionals.”
The commitment to organizational culture award recognizes organizations that prioritize employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, and innovative approaches to supporting and retaining staff.
The pipelines and partnerships award honors efforts to strengthen the future health care workforce through collaboration with educational institutions, community organizations, and government partners. The award also recognizes programs that promote health care career education and workforce retention initiatives.
The awards were presented during the MHA’s 2026 Spring Innovation Forum. To learn more about ALV,
