Aspirus Keweenaw welcomes Tricia Lawton, PA-C, to its family medicine team

Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital & Clinics proudly welcomes Certified Physician Assistant Tricia Lawton, PA-C, to its team of family medicine providers. She is devoted to delivering a higher level of care close to home. She is now accepting patients at Aspirus Houghton Clinic.

Lawton has over a decade of clinical experience as an internal medicine and primary care provider. She has a special interest in preventive care, diabetes management, chronic and acute lung disease, cardiovascular disease, mental health disorders and caring for complex patients.

“I look forward to caring for patients in a small, rural community,” said Lawton.

Lawton earned her master’s degree in physician assistant students and her bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Most recently, Lawton worked as a physician assistant at McLaren Health Care in Mount Pleasant, Mich. Lawton cares for patients like they are family and looks forward to being active in the community.
