Injuries and illnesses don’t wait. There may be times when you need to see your primary care provider immediately, but you can’t wait for an appointment. For the unpredictable, Aspirus Ironwood offers walk-in convenience for minor illnesses and non-threatening injuries.

“The walk-in clinic is a convenient option for adults and children with non-life-threatening conditions that need attention,” said Luke Wyzlic, PA-C, Physician Assistant at Aspirus Health.

The walk-in clinic provides care for a wide range of injuries and illnesses including:

  • Allergies
  • Bladder infections
  • Cold sores
  • Colds, cough and flu
  • Cuts, scrapes, bruises and minor injuries
  • Ear infections
  • Fever
  • Headache
  • Insect bites
  • Sore throat
  • Pink eye
  • Sinus infections
  • Rashes
  • Sprains and strains
  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Ringworm
  • Minor burns
  • Bronchitis

“It is important to establish a relationship with a primary care provider for chronic, ongoing health concerns” said Tera Hamel, Manager – Clinics. “When you need quick and convenient care, the walk-in is available.”

The Aspirus Ironwood Walk-in Clinic is open seven days a week for your convenience; walk in without an appointment. Effective September 16, 2023, the walk-in clinic hours are:

  • Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Weekends, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
