WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. - Aspirus Health Foundation invites the community to participate in its annual Lights of Love fundraiser, a meaningful way to honor or remember loved ones during the holiday season. Lights purchased in memory or honor of someone special will be displayed on the Lights of Love trees between Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital and Riverview Expressway.
“Lights of Love is a moment of reflection, connection, and healing for families across our community,” said Annmarie Ott, Volunteer Coordinator at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids. “This event reminds us that even in times of loss or challenge, we’re surrounded by a community that cares. The support raised through Lights of Love directly helps patients feel comforted, seen, and supported when they need it most.”
Proceeds benefit the Wisconsin Rapids Patient Assistance Fund, supporting critical health initiatives such as substance abuse recovery, behavioral and mental health services, patient comfort, food systems, and cancer care.
Lights may be purchased year-round for $3 each, with silver ($25) and gold ($100+) levels available. To be included in this year’s donor list, orders must be received by November 1. Orders placed after that date will be recognized in next year’s listing.
