Enhance your pregnancy journey!

Purpose is to educate families on a variety of topics and resources to enhance the journey of pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Birthing unit tours.  Interactive displays including: hands on diapering, safe sleep, home safety, infant care, labor comfort and breathing techniques, labor pain control ideas and car seat safety.  Encourage attendance by expecting women, support person and family members.  Siblings welcome to come and participate in the Hands On Sibling Class, during the Pregnancy Expo
