Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital invites the community to begin 2026 with a renewed focus on personal well-being at its upcoming event, A New Year of Wellness. The event will take place on Wednesday, January 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital, Entrance A, Lower Level Conference Room A.
This free educational session features four Aspirus providers who will present a range of adult health topics. Dr. Jeff Johnson will discuss the importance of colon screenings and how early detection can save lives. Payton Liegel, NP, will address men's health with a focus on prostate wellness. Dani Rogers, NP, will explore weight management options for adults seeking sustainable approaches to improve their health. Dr. Jill Pogorelec will share nutrition strategies to support women through perimenopause and menopause.
“Perimenopause and menopause landscapes have changed with regards to treatment options. We will discuss options and approaches to treating symptoms related to these processes, as well as how nutrition should be approached,” said Pogorelec.
Attendees will gain practical insights and have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive setting. The event is open to the public and designed to help individuals take proactive steps toward better health in the new year.
