PORTAGE, Wis. – Aspirus Divine Savior invites the community to a free educational event focused on understanding and managing neck pain, happening on Thursday, September 18, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room A (Lower Level), accessible through Hospital Entrance A.
The session features expert speakers from Aspirus Health who will explore medical and therapeutic approaches to relieving neck pain and improving quality of life. Attendees will learn practical strategies for identifying symptoms, understanding causes, and avoiding common mistakes when managing neck pain.
Topics will include:

Cause of neck pain: trauma, muscular issues, and spinal conditions

Recognizing symptoms associated with different types of neck pain
•
The dos and don’ts of neck pain management
•
How physical therapy can support recovery and long-term relief
Limited physical therapy screening appointments will be available during the event. This is a unique opportunity to hear directly from health care professionals and ask questions in an open, supportive setting.
