Your lab results, appointment information, prescription medications, immunizations, and more are all securely stored in this electronic record for quick retrieval.  Please note: At this time, MyAspirus is not available for patients of Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital & Clinics.

With a MyAspirus account, you can:

  • Communicate with your doctor:  Get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home.
  • Request a copy of your medical records.
  • Access your test results:  No more waiting for a phone call or letter – view your results and your providers comments within days.
  • Request prescription refills:  Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications.
  • Manage your appointments:  Schedule your next appointment, or view details of your past and upcoming appointments.

How do I create a MyAspirus Account?

You can request an access code from your clinic office, or online at Upon receiving your access code, you will be asked to create a user name and password the first time you logon in order to create your account.  Please note: At this time, MyAspirus is not available for patients of Divine Savior Healthcare.

How do I access my family's medical records in MyAspirus?

Aspirus can add members of your family to your MyAspirus account for convenient access to appointments, immunization records, growth charts and more. This includes minor children, as well as adult parents.

To obtain access to records of your family member age 18 and younger:

  1. Contact the provider’s office of the minor for whom you wish to request MyAspirus access.
  2. The provider’s office will review your request and will add the family member to your MyAspirus account if appropriate.

To obtain access to records of your family members over age 18:

  1. Access your own MyAspirus account at
  2. From the home page, under Quick Links, click on the “My Family’s Records” icon
  3. Click on the link to “MyAspirus Proxy Consent Form”
  4. Print consent form and either mail or fax the completed form to Aspirus Clinics at the address or fax number listed
  5. Your request will be reviewed and family members will then be added to your MyAspirus account
