Community Resources

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) includes language instructing non-profit hospitals to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years. This assessment is to be completed in partnership with other community agencies and organizations, and should serve as the basis for the hospital’s Community Benefits Strategic Plan.
