Aspirus Plover Hospital ER Nurse Wins DAISY Award

Congratulations to Ngoc Ha Le for being selected as our most recent DAISY Foundation Award winner. Ha was nominated by a patient who was cared for in the Aspirus Plover Hospital Emergency Department. The grateful patient shared their appreciation for “Nurse Ha” in their nomination:

“During my visit to the Emergency Room, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Nurse Ha. Not only was Nurse Ha exceptionally professional, but Nurse Ha's bedside manner was stunningly brilliant. Nurse Ha took the time to connect with me on a one-on-one level and provide a truly caring experience, all the while ensuring that my needs as a patient were treated with great concern and care. Nurse Ha assured me during my EKG that they would not rest until they found the root cause of my ailment, and surely, Nurse Ha did not. Even as I was preparing to leave the hospital, Nurse Ha managed to convey an overall sense of comfort, care, and respect for my individuality. While I would be more than happy to say that it would please me greatly to never have to go back to the Emergency Room, I can at least rest easy knowing that if I do, I will find myself in the care of such a glowing example of professionalism and courtesy. So, thank you, Nurse Ha, for all that you do.”
