Aspirus Houghton Clinic increases availability of women’s health appointments

spirus Keweenaw Hospital and Clinics is making women’s health appointments more flexible and convenient for patients. Starting January 7, 2021, Aspirus OB/GYN physician Solomon Agbroko, MD, will be seeing patients at the Aspirus Houghton Clinic on Thursdays.

“Bringing additional women’s health resources to Houghton was something we saw a need for,” said Kathy Bowman, interim regional director of clinics from Aspirus. “We are really happy to accommodate that need.”

Dr. Agbroko joined Aspirus in August 2020 and is based at the Aspirus Laurium Clinic. He is passionate about improving the quality of life for patients of all ages and stages.

“We are excited to offer this additional service to our patients and the community in Houghton,” said Dr. Agbroko. “With our excellent women’s health team at Aspirus, women, moms and families now have even greater access to care close to home.”
