Hospitalists demonstrate resiliency in the face of challenge

Steve Phillipson, MD, Aspirus Regional Director for Hospital Medicine Services recently spoke with a reporter from The Hospitalist about leading a team of hospitalists during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Dr. Phillipson talked about how his team and Aspirus leadership met daily to make sure they were properly disseminating information to allow medical staff to stay nimble during a shifting crisis. 

He also talked about how Aspirus provided constant updates internally and externally to make sure everyone had the most recent local information about the pandemic.
