Aspirus Health is pleased to announce that Rachel Gischia has been promoted to clinic manager at the Aspirus Lake View Two Harbors and Aspirus Lake View Silver Bay Clinics.
Gischia, who is from Two Harbors, has dedicated her career to serving the Aspirus Lake View team. She joined the organization in 2002 as a member of the occupational therapy practice and has since grown into key leadership roles. For more than six years, she has served in leadership positions, most recently as manager of community outreach and emergency preparedness.
“I’m honored to expand my involvement with our clinic teams and the communities we serve,” said Aspirus Lake View Two Harbors and Aspirus Lake View Silver Bay Clinic Manager Rachel Gischia. “We have an incredible team and I’m excited to continue strengthening our operations and ensure high-quality compassionate care for our close-knit communities.”
In her most recent role, Gischia played an instrumental part in earning the clinics’ recent Rural Health Exemplary Provider accreditation. She led initiatives focused on employee wellness, community health needs, and business health. Over the past year, she provided additional operational support to clinic teams, demonstrating her commitment to collaboration and excellence in patient care. Outside of work, Gischia remains deeply engaged in the community. She volunteers with the Red Cross and performs with the Two Harbors City Band.
