Aspirus Health Hosts Free Shoulder Pain Solutions Event in Portage

PORTAGE, Wis. – Many Americans live with daily shoulder pain, unaware that advances in diagnosis and treatment are helping more people than ever find relief.
If shoulder pain interferes with your life, plan to attend this free Aspirus Health community event focused on understanding and treating shoulder pain.
Join Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Joseph Mueller and Physical Therapy and Fitness experts at Aspirus Divine Savior on Thursday, May 15th for an informative session about the range of treatment options available locally for the treatment of shoulder pain.
This event is designed for anyone experiencing chronic or recent shoulder pain. From non-invasive therapies to surgical solutions, Dr. Mueller will cover a range of approaches designed to suit individual needs to help you find relief.
Participants will learn the common causes of shoulder pain, physical therapy options for mobility and strength, non-surgical treatment options, information on when it is time to consider surgery as well as a question-and-answer session with the care team.
This free event will be held from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at Aspirus Divine Savior Entrance A, Lower-Level Conf. Room A, 2817 New Pinery Rd, Portage.
Advance registration is requested. To register, call 608.745.3868, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. A limited amount of complimentary shoulder strength and mobility screenings are available to registered participants.
