PORTAGE, Wis. – Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital recently presented a $5,000 donation to Flourishing Futures, a growing women’s sober living organization in Portage dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives in recovery from addition.
Flourishing Futures provides a stable, safe and nurturing environment for women seeking long‑term recovery support. As a newer organization in the community, their mission is to offer structure, accountability and compassionate guidance for residents working to create healthy, sustainable futures.
Supporting Flourishing Futures reflects Aspirus’ ongoing commitment to strengthening local resources that address these critical needs.
“We are proud to support an organization that is making such a meaningful impact for women in our community,” said Kari Due, Community Health Specialist at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital. “Flourishing Futures is providing hope, stability and a path forward for individuals working hard to reclaim their lives.”
Flourishing Futures’ leadership expressed gratitude for the partnership and the visibility this support brings to their mission. The organization continues to expand its reach as more women seek safe, supportive housing during recovery.
"The Board of Flourishing Futures and I wish to extend our deepest gratitude for this generous donation. This gift from Aspirus will directly impact the lives of women seeking a safe, sober, and healthy environment on their journey to recovery from Substance Use Disorder and alcoholism,” said Tammy Medina, Executive Board Director of Flourishing Futures. “We thank Aspirus for their continued commitment to supporting and advocating for a healthy community."
