About Us

In 1984, the Riverview Health Care Foundation was established by the Riverview Hospital Association to help ensure adequate health care resources are available to the hospital and community for future generations. When the affiliation between Riverview Hospital and Aspirus occurred in 2015, the foundation’s name changed to Aspirus Riverview Foundation. Although the name changed, the foundation remains a separate non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization governed not by Aspirus but by a Board of Directors comprised of local community members.

Today, improving our community’s health and wellness by providing leadership and engaging donors is our mission, diligently striving for a healthy, happy, and thriving community. The long-term sustainability of our mission is made possible by the generosity of donors who believe in the importance of making health and wellness opportunities available within our local community.
