Working collaboratively with your physician, we will design a comprehensive plan of care that is specific to your needs and goals. We will work with your family and others to help you explore helpful community resources.

Caregiving Team
The Aspirus At Home team Includes:
- Skilled Nurses – A full range of nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, diabetic care, medication management, catheter care, health assessment, cardiac care and more.
- Physical Therapists – Assess and provide treatment to help patients of all ages increase mobility, strength, balance and coordination.
- Occupational Therapists – Help patients improve daily living skills such as eating, bathing, dressing and using adaptive devices.
- Speech Therapists – Help patients restore or improve their communication skills including reading, writing and speaking.
Payment
Services offered by Aspirus At Home are covered by a variety of sources including: private pay, private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other sources. A staff person from Aspirus At Home will work with you and your family to evaluate all payment options prior to receiving care.
