(Antigo, WI)-The Religious Hospitallers of St. Joseph (RHSJ) Mission Fund Committee of Aspirus Langlade Hospital continues to support local needs in the community.

The latest community organization to be supported by the RHSJ Mission Fund Committee is the WeekEnd Backpack Program (WEB) in Antigo. Annual costs are about $190 per child for the WEB program, each child is served a bag throughout the school year for 32 weeks. The effort is a collaborative community partnership.

Members of the RHSJ Mission Fund Committee recently presented a check for $12,500 to WEB in support of the program.

“The RHSJ Mission Fund committee awards funding to organizations that provide mission-driven services to our community that support important health, public safety, child welfare and related socio-economic improvement initiatives,” said Sherry Bunten President, Northeast WI Division, Aspirus Health. “We encourage community organizations that meet our eligibility guidelines to consider submitting a grant application for review.”
