Masks needed when visiting Aspirus locations

Cloth Masks

Aspirus has implemented many precautionary measures to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19. For several weeks, we have been screening everyone who enters our facilities for symptoms of COVID-19. The CDC’s latest guidance focuses on promoting “source control” and recommends expanded use of masks in settings outside the home.

Effective April 23, everyone who enters an Aspirus facility is required to wear a facemask. Cloth facemasks are acceptable. Patients and visitors who have their own facemask are asked to wear it when visiting any of our facilities. Those who do not have a facemask will be provided one.

Aspirus continues to accept and appreciate donations of homemade cloth facemasks. Donations may be delivered to any Aspirus facility. Anyone interested in donating cloth masks are encouraged to call ahead for the best drop off location.
