FIGHT THE CANCER Ride raises $4,450 for Aspirus Medford cancer patients

Jeff Graumann presents the charitable Graumann FIGHT THE CANCER Ride check to Aspirus Medford Foundation Chair Randy Juedes.

The Graumann Family and Committee plan and coordinate all aspects of the Graumann FIGHT THE CANCER Ride. With chilly riding conditions for the 12th annual event, over 50 motorcycles and other vehicles participated in the fundraising efforts.

In support of health, healing, hope and comfort, they raised $4,450 in May, donating the funds to the Aspirus Medford Foundation for the benefit of those battling a cancer diagnosis. Including this year’s donation, the friends and family of Gene & Tammy Graumann have raised a total of $60,725 for Aspirus Medford’s patients.

Jeff Graumann presented the charitable check to Aspirus Medford Foundation Chair Randy Juedes. Jeff’s parents – Gene (1960-2017) and Tammy (1960-2007) Graumann – fought courageous battles with cancer.

Aspirus Medford Hospital has offered oncology (cancer) services since 1999, providing compassionate care for all types of adult cancer patients. This year, Cancer & Infusion Services managed 1617 clinic visits, 775 chemotherapy visits and 1772 visits for other supportive services in the Infusion Center.
