Aspirus Offers Free Prenatal Nutrition Class

WISCONSIN RAPIDS – What you eat during pregnancy really does matter. That’s why Aspirus Health is pleased to offer “Building a Healthy Baby,” a free prenatal nutrition class.

Aspirus Registered Dietitians Becki White and Karrie Benda will discuss topics including morning sickness, constipation, anemia and iron, hydration options, beating fatigue, safe amounts of caffeine, herbal teas to avoid, vitamins and minerals, heartburn and indigestion, snack ideas, and more.

The class will be held Tuesday, April 23, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in Aspirus Riverview Hospital’s Lower Level Conference Rooms B & C, 410 Dewey Street, Wisconsin Rapids.
