The Aspirus Medford Foundation recently welcomed two directors to its board: Sue Ackerman and Roxy Robida.

“We are fortunate to have Sue and Roxy join our board,” said Randy Juedes, Aspirus Medford Foundation chair. “They are qualified, well-respected members of our community. We look forward to working with them and utilizing their skills, knowledge and commitment to the health and well-being of the communities we serve.”

Sue Ackerman is the vice president/branch manager for AbbyBank in Medford. She embraces the opportunity to help Medford and the surrounding communities in a way that will make a difference in the long term. Sue and her husband Dean have three daughters. She is an active member of several community organizations, including Kiwanis, Medford Business Connectors and the Chamber of Commerce.

Roxy Robida is a retired elementary school teacher. She appreciates the medical services, support groups, educational opportunities and specialized services available at Aspirus Medford. On the Foundation board, she hopes to encourage and promote the continued growth and expansion of these services. Roxy and her husband Rod have two grown children. They enjoy golfing, walking, biking, traveling, snowshoeing and more. Since her retirement, she has been working at the library and volunteering in the community.
