Aspirus Keweenaw invites all ladies to FREE ‘Heartfelt Happiness’ event in Calumet

Did you know happiness, gratitude and joy are extremely potent medicines, and they can play an enormous role in your overall health?

Aspirus Keweenaw invites all ladies to learn about the relationship between happiness and their heart health at Heartfelt Happiness, another fun and festive Aspiring Women event. Aspirus family medicine Drs. Katie Bittner, Stephen Johnson, and Jill Kalcich will talk about how positive emotions can improve your overall health and why it’s important to cut back on stress, guilt and unhappiness.

Heartfelt Happiness takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Monday, December 3, at the Siskiwit Reception Hall and Conference Center, located at 26070 Pine Street in Calumet. Advance registration is required to attend this free event, as space is limited. Reserve your spot by calling 337-6541.

Ladies will enjoy all of the fun Aspiring Women extras such as complimentary gifts and raffles, a chili bar, and a free cocktail token (regular and non-alcoholic options available). To fancy it up a notch, there will be a chocolate fountain with treats for dipping.
Aspirus Keweenaw launched the Aspiring Women program in May of 2016 to inspire health and wellness through educational and entertaining events for women. Since then, membership has grown to over 750 women of all ages. Membership is free and includes invitations to events and free e-newsletters.
