Health Insurance Marketplace
Open enrollment for 2014 closed March 31, 2014.
You still may be able to enroll in coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace if you qualify for a special enrollment period (SEP) due to a qualifying life event.
Examples of qualifying life events are:
- Getting married
- Getting divorced
- Certain changes in your income,
- Changes in family size including birth or adoption of a child,
- Moving to a new county or state,
- Loss of other health coverage
- Loss of employment.
Special enrollment periods are limited to 60 days following the qualifying life event.
Life changes should be reported to HealthCare.gov by logging into your account and selecting “Report a Life Change”.

Important Dates to Remember
The next open enrollment period for 2015 health insurance coverage is scheduled to begin November 15, 2014 and close February 15, 2015.
