- Circle of Care Annual Fund
-
Our Circle of Care Annual Fund for Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services revolves around patients and family members—providing compassionate palliative, hospice, and grief services that focus on the needs of everyone involved in the serious illness of a loved one.
Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services’ staff members are experts in managing pain and other symptoms so that people can experience the best quality of life possible when faced with a life-limiting illness. We assist them and their family members to be safe, to be comfortable, and to have the ability to spend quality time with each other while being supported in making choices and decisions for their future.
As community members, you are partners in the Circle of Care for our patients and family members. You support grieving family members as they learn to live with the changes that serious illness brings. Your partnership may involve the sharing of your time and talent as a hospice volunteer. Your support may also include financial contributions to Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services to ensure access to hospice and palliative care for everyone.
Together we can continue to add life to people’s days, even as they live with a terminal or life-limiting illness.

- Care Companion $1,000 - $2,499
