Aspirus Home Medical Equipment will assist you with every billing detail, including obtaining insurance verifications, authorizations and prescriptions, when applicable. We will also submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid and/or other health insurance. Please remember to verify your insurance coverage in advance of your purchase. If needed, our staff will be happy to assist you with this process.
Your insurance company will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form after your purchase from Aspirus Home Medical Equipment. The EOB will indicate amount billed, amount paid, and remaining balance that is your responsibility.
The amount that is your responsibility will be billed to you directly by Aspirus Home Medical Equipment. The patient is responsible for deductibles, co-insurance amounts and non-covered services.
For equipment and supplies not covered by insurance (e.g., breast feeding supplies), Aspirus Home Medical Equipment accepts cash payments and/or Visa, MasterCard and Discovery.
