At Aspirus, we first make a personal visit to your home to make you aware of the variety of wheelchair choices and options. We fit your wheelchair for you in your home, accounting for traffic patterns and accessibility to rooms, outside curbs, stairs and other considerations. Our technicians use a computer system to precisely custom-fit cushioning systems that are critical to your lasting comfort.
Aspirus Home Medical Equipment represents every major manufacturer of wheelchairs and scooters. We are a factory-authorized distributor and service center for premiere wheelchair brands such as Invacare, Pride, and Quickie and offer reliable, expert repair services.
Service after the sale
We know what it's like to be without the mobility your wheelchair provides and make every effort to assure you are never without a wheelchair. Through a program of preventive maintenance reminders, we fix the small problems before they become big problems. We pick up, deliver, and if necessary, provide you with a loaner wheelchair -- all this to keep you moving.
If you have a major problem, call us immediately. We take on the toughest jobs. Our team of qualified technicians is well known throughout north central Wisconsin for their expertise in wheelchair repair. Plus, we maintain an inventory of parts in our warehouse so your chair can be promptly serviced and quickly returned to you.
We handle the paperwork
There can be a lot of paperwork associated with the purchase of a wheelchair or scooter such as insurance claim forms and Medicare documents. We contact payer sources directly for the necessary pre-approvals and will file the claims for you to assure that you receive all that your benefits provide.
