At Aspirus Nutrition Counseling, our registered dietitians offer the most curent and accurate nutrition information to provide individual nutrition education and counseling on:

Free grocery store tours

Aspirus offers free monthly grocery store tours with a registered dietitian to help people learn important shopping and heart healthy nutrition information to help them adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The free tours are held at Trig’s grocery store in Wausau, and are led by certified diabetes educator Jennifer Mikulich, RD.

Registration is required for the grocery store tours and can be done by calling the Aspirus Information Center at 715.847.2380 or toll-free at 800.847.4707.
