    Corrie Searles, MPT, is Director of Therapy Services with Medford Therapy & Fitness. With over 14 years of experience in acute care, outpatient, home health care, and nursing facilities, Searles has a special interest in burn and wound care, wheelchair assessments, leadership and performance improvement. Searles loves developing collaborative relationships with others and appreciates working with and building relationships with patients and staff. 

    An enthusiastic person who loves a good laugh, Searles is a hockey mom and a little league baseball fan. She enjoys developing photo books online, music of all kinds – singing and playing the piano, and taking hikes in the woods.

    Searles also is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has been a guest speaker at the North Dakota Health Care Review State Conference. She is certified through Achieve Global in leadership and service instruction, trained as a Lean facilitator with four years of experience and also has eight years of performance improvement coordination experience.
