Holiday grief program in Rothschild

Nov 14, 2013

ROTHSCHILD, Wis. – On December 3, Wings, a Grief Education Ministry, and Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services are offering a community program for grieving families.

The program, The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly – How to re-invent the magic after loss, is a way for people dealing with grief to find solace during the holiday season. It runs from 7-8:30 p.m. at Holiday Inn & Suites at Cedar Creek in Rothschild.

Holidays can present challenges when someone important is missing from the festivities, and it’s not uncommon for families to have conflicting ideas on how to observe the day and still remember their loved one. A panel of bereaved will draw on real-life experiences to offer suggestions they have used to re-invent their own holidays.

There is no cost for this program, and pre-registration is not required, but is recommended.
