Fundraising
Fundraising efforts help support many hospital and community programs. Last year over $111,000 was raised through the following fund raising activities:
Cookies - The volunteers sell fresh baked cookies in the front lobby of Aspirus Wausau Hospital once a month. Please call 847-2848 for the dates of sales.
The Gift Shop – The Gift Shop located in the lobby of the hospital is staffed by volunteers and provides a full array of unique and interesting merchandise. To view our on-line gift shop, click here Gift Shop.
Holiday Candy and Nut Sale – These wonderful products are offered prior to the holiday season for delivery in time for gift giving.
Starbucks - Become a barista by volunteering at Caffe’ Voluntario, the Starbucks coffee kiosk located in the main lobby of Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Two or three hour shifts are available between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. weekdays.
Festival of Trees - November -Each year the Festival of Trees, which benefits Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services, is scheduled the week of Thanksgiving. Some of the opportunities include: greeting guests, serving beverages, decorating trees, set up, and musical entertainment. Call 847-2705 for more information or visit www.wausaufestivaloftrees.org.
