Become a Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Aspirus Volunteer!
To become an Aspirus Volunteer, please complete an on-line application. For a paper application by mail, please call 715.847.2380 or 800.847.4707.
Prospective volunteers need to:
- Be at least 14 years old. If you are between the ages of 14-17, you must obtain the signed consent of a parent/guardian.
- Have two people complete reference forms.
- Agree to the volunteer agreement (available for electronic submission in online volunteer orientation process).
- Complete volunteer orientation.
All volunteers will be subject to a background check if over the age of 16.
Following completion of the application, orientation and receipt of your references, an interview will be scheduled. Upon acceptance into the volunteer program, new volunteers must successfully complete employee health requirements to be eligible to volunteer at Aspirus. These requirements include:
- A two-step TB skin test.
- A minimal physical.
