EAS Benefits

Aspirus EAS is a benefit for employees and household members. 

Also known as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the purpose of the service is to provide help for personal and workplace problems that people sometimes face.  Personal problems when left unchecked can adversely affect an individual in many aspects of their lives.  Companies that offer EAPs realize that personal problems can affect work performance.

 

 

Problems in work performance can include:  absenteeism, poor judgment & decision making, conflicts with peers or supervisors, harassment, accidents, and wasted materials.  The employer is committed to the health, success, and happiness of employees, knowing that healthy employees are the most productive employees.

Problems move freely from one aspect of our lives to another.  It is difficult for someone who struggles with a problem at home to leave it at home.  The same can be said for problems at work going home with the employee.  Aspirus EAS is here to help you find solutions to problems at work and in your personal life.
