To apply for a position, please create a username and password, if you haven’t already done so. If you applied with us prior to Sept. 1, 2010, please create a username and password for the new application system. This will give you the access needed to complete a new application. No, a resume is not required to complete an application.
Simply copy and paste your resume into the requested field on the online application.
No. However, if you are scheduled for an interview, you can bring in a copy of your resume at that time.
All the date fields need to be in the MM/DD/YYYY format. If you do not remember the exact dates, you can use zeros for the date field.
You should receive a confirmation message either on the screen or to your email address after you complete the application indicating your application was successfully submitted.
Be assured your application will be carefully reviewed. A Human Resources representative will complete the initial review to determine whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the position. The supervisor of the position may further review your application. We appreciate your patience during this process.
A Human Resources representative, supervisor or manager will contact you by telephone or email with more information about the position and to schedule an interview.
You will be notified by email if you are not being considered for a position. The reasons for not being considered may vary. Your qualifications, experience and requested hours are among some of the criteria used to determine if your application meets the position requirements.
Once you submit your application for a particular opening, you cannot make changes to it.

Video interviews are only currently available for candidates who are applying for a position on the Aspirus Wausau Hospital campus.
Aspirus is pleased to offer applicants who are selected to interview, the option of completing this via video conferencing. This option is available to candidates who reside outside of North Central Wisconsin. By using the software downloads and information below, you can interview for a position with Aspirus without having to travel.

Your orientation will be held at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, 333 Pine Ridge Blvd, Wausau, Wis., 54401. Please report to the Silver
Room located on Level 1 of the hospital. Upon entering the main (West) entrance of the hospital, turn left and go all the way down the
hall. The room will be on the right side.

Your orientation will be held at Aspirus Medford Hospital, 135 South Gibson St., Medford Wis., 54451. Please report to the Community Education Room.
Your orientation will be held at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital located at 205 Osceola Street, Laurium, MI 49913 unless another location is noted in your hire letter.
Your orientation will be held at Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital Human Resources Department, 601 South 7th Street, Ontonagon, MI 49953 unless another location is noted in your hire letter.
Your orientation will be held at Aspirus Grand View Hospital, N10561 Grand View Lane, Ironwood, MI 49938 (please report to the front lobby).
Your pre-employment meeting must be completed no later than the Wednesday before your hire date. If not, your hire date will be delayed until the next scheduled New Employee Orientation.

In order to attend New Employee Orientation you must complete the pre-employment health screenings including the placement and reading of your TB test.
Your employment will be finalized and is contingent upon the successful completion of your pre-employment health history, drug testing, and physical examination, proof of eligibility to work in the United States and Criminal Investigation Background check.
